Service enquiries and contact details

You can send a service enquiry using the form. Choosing a service and area shows companies available for email enquiries and public phone contacts. Browsing alone does not send an enquiry. You choose whether to call a company.

When you submit the form, we process your name, email, optional phone, service, area, any date and budget, and your message. You review up to five recipient companies and consent to sending your details before submission. The directory team always receives a copy and is kept out of selectable company lists. Directory questions, and enquiries with no available company contact email, go only to the team. No customer email-verification message or automatic reply is sent.

Separate messages to your selected companies are delivered through Resend, and the team copy through Cloudflare Email Routing. Resend processes the message and contact details for delivery and may store data in the US even when Ireland is the sending region. Mail-provider logs and copies in recipient inboxes are separate from the directory database. Open and link tracking are disabled.

Enquiries and technical sending records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and expire after 30 days. Daily cleanup removes expired rows. This does not delete copies in recipient inboxes or separate records held by mail providers. You can ask us to review or delete data held by the directory using the contact details on this page.

Sending requires Cloudflare Turnstile. Submission limits and separate daily salted hashes of IP and email addresses limit abuse. The application does not store raw IP addresses in form records; abuse keys expire within 24 hours and are removed by daily cleanup. An enquiry is not a booking, purchase commitment or confirmation of email delivery.
